The East Valley of Greater Phoenix, Arizona is comprised of fifteen communities and is one of the most dynamic regions in the country with record-growth since 1980. In fact, we have welcomed almost one million new residents just since the 1990 census. The East Valley currently has nearly 655,000 households in its trade area, and is expected to grow to nearly 736,000 households by 2015.
