March 22 | PHXEV NEXT Mentoring Forum | 3:00pm -6:00pm @ Mesa Community College
Join us on Thursday, March 22  as we host the PHX East Valley NEXT (Nurturing EXceptional Talent) Mentoring Forum from 3-6pm at Mesa Community College. Featuring the following mentors: Mark Bonsall of SRP, Michael Cowan of Mesa Public Schools, Rhonda Curtis of Wells Fargo Bank, and John Lewis of East Valley Partnership. Attendees will also be provided regional information and overviews on the Superstition Vistas, Economic Development and Education initiatives happening throughout the PHX East Valley region.There is no cost to attend, but online registration is requested. Join us on Wednesday, April 4 for a discussion of the State of Arizona’s response to the opioid addiction crisis, an overview of the Vitalyst Health Foundation Community Health improvement initiatives and a presentation on trends in medical transport/ambulance services. In addition, there will be a presentation on the challenges of meeting behavioral health service needs of East Valley residents. Finally, the new President/CEO of the world-renowned Barrow Neurological Institute, Dr. Michael Lawton will discuss his vision for the future of this vital health care asset that serves critical needs of patients from throughout the world. PHX EV Healthcare Council | April 4th

Join us on April 4th for as we host our first PHX EV Healthcare Council of 2018. The meeting will take place from 7:30am- 9:30am at Adelante Healthcare in Mesa (1705 W Main St., Mesa 85201).

The April 4th meeting will feature several important topic areas including:

  • A discussion of the State of Arizona’s response to the opioid addiction crisis,
  • An overview of the Vitalyst Health Foundation Community Health improvement initiatives and,
  • A presentation on trends in medical transport/ambulance services.

We are pleased to host an event that will focus on healthcare related topics that impact the PHX East Valley communities and all of us as individuals.

Attendees will learn about plans for new healthcare facilities in our region and will hear an up to date report on the national healthcare debate. There will also be a panel discussion by local experts on changes that can be expected in healthcare technology and service delivery systems over the next decade.

There is no cost to attend, but online registration is requested in order to prepare for food/drink and seating purposes.
